DLQ Technos is registered in Telangana (GSTIN 36AAKCD6080C1ZQ). All quoted business prices are exclusive of GST; GST is added at checkout. Prices on individual plans are shown inclusive of GST, and the tax is still broken out separately on your invoice.
Whether you are charged CGST + SGST or IGST depends on your place of supply. If you hold a GSTIN we take your state from it; if not, we ask you for it before payment. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available to download from your Billing screen.
A note on our tax treatment
Our GST rate, place-of-supply rules and SAC classification are currently pending confirmation by our Chartered Accountant. We have applied our own reading of the rules and every invoice says so on its face. If any correction is required, we will issue a revised invoice or credit note — you will not be left holding a document you cannot claim against. If your own accountant disagrees with a classification on an invoice we have issued you, please tell us and we will look at it.
