Refund & Cancellation Policy

What changed and why: the supplied text said monthly plans were generally non-refundable and annual refunds "may be considered within 7 days". The company has since decided a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first paid subscription, and the supplied text had no AI credits clause at all. Both are now included. The non-refundable list for implementation, migration, training and SMS credits is unchanged from the supplied version.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from Subscription and Usage inside the app, or by emailing admin@dlqtechnos.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

30-day money-back guarantee

If DL Quantum Technos is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no explanation required.

This applies to your first paid subscription only, monthly or annual — one guarantee per company. It exists so you can commit without risk, not as a recurring option.

After the guarantee period

Monthly plans. Non-refundable once the period has begun. Cancel any time to stop the next charge.

Annual plans. No refund for the remainder of the term. Cancel to stop the next renewal. We email a reminder 7 days before an annual renewal.

Enterprise. Governed by the signed agreement.

AI credits

Plan allowance — included with your subscription, reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused allowance does not carry over and cannot be extended.

Purchased top-up credits — valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Neither is refundable, whether unused, on cancellation or on termination. Your balance and its expiry are shown in the app.

Always non-refundable

Implementation, migration, consulting, training, SMS credits, API consumption, third-party licences and custom development.

We refund regardless if

We charged you in error — duplicate charge, wrong amount, or a charge after cancellation
We terminated your account without cause — pro-rata for the unused period

We will not refund if

You changed your mind after the 30-day guarantee period
You have already used the money-back guarantee on a previous subscription
You stopped using the Service but did not cancel
Your account was terminated for breach of the Terms
Statutory or payroll figures were wrong because of data or settings you entered

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 10 working days. Timing after that is your bank's.

Your data when you cancel

Export at any time while active. After cancellation, data is kept 90 days for export or reactivation, then permanently deleted.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues resolve faster directly.
