DL Quantum Technos Private Limited ("DL Quantum", "Company", "we") provides cloud-based SaaS products including HRMS, ERP, CRM, Payroll, Attendance, AI Assistants, APIs and related services.

By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering contracts and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.
You are responsible for account security, passwords and all activity under your account. Each person must have their own login; credentials must not be shared.
We provide software only. Customers remain responsible for statutory compliance, payroll verification, tax filings, EPF, ESI, TDS, GST and labour-law obligations.
AI output is probabilistic and must be independently reviewed before business, legal, HR or financial use. AI usage is metered. Where you supply your own provider key, that provider's terms also apply.
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the Services. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
No unlawful activity, malware, reverse engineering, credential sharing, copyright infringement, spam or abusive API usage. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions are prepaid. Taxes including applicable GST are extra. We may suspend accounts for non-payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first paid subscription.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
All software, source code, documentation and trademarks remain our property.
Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, statutory penalties or fines arising from data or settings you control.
Either party may terminate according to the subscription terms. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. On termination your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Governed by Indian law. Hyderabad, Telangana courts have exclusive jurisdiction. International enterprise contracts may use arbitration by agreement.
