Ask your employer first

Most people using DLQ Technos are here because their employer gave them a login. If that is you, your employer controls your records — attendance, payroll, documents and identity details. They can correct or remove what they hold about you, and we cannot do it over their decision.

Ask them first. It is usually the fastest route, and it is the only one that reaches the person who actually decides.

If that does not resolve it

Write to admin@dlqtechnos.com from the address on your account, or to our Grievance Officer, Ravi Kumar Katta, at the same address.

We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Where the data belongs to your employer's records, we will assist them in responding rather than act over their decision.

If you hold the account yourself

If you pay for DLQ Technos directly — an individual subscription, not a login your employer gave you — write to the same address and we will delete your account and the data in it.

What is deleted, and what we must keep

Everything we can delete, we delete. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Some records carry retention periods set by law, and we cannot remove those earlier:

• Payroll, EPF and ESI records — statutory retention under Indian law
• Account and billing records — 8 years, per statutory books requirements
• Audit trail — kept for the life of the account, because a record of who changed what is what makes the rest trustworthy

What this app collects

The DLQ Technos employee app records your location at the moment you mark attendance, and sends it to your employer so they can confirm you were at the site. It is read only at that moment — never in the background. Voice and video during a call are carried live between the people on the call and are not stored by us.
